Terms of use

These terms apply when you register as an artist on this website. By registering you confirm that the details and photo you give are true and that the photo is of you.

• The registration fee is valid for one year from the date of payment. If we are unable to offer you any work during that year, the fee is carried forward and your registration is extended for the next year, and again each year, until you get work, without a new payment. The registration fee is non-refundable.
• Registration puts your profile in the Janet's Casting Hub database. It does not promise any role, audition or income.
• We shortlist artists only when a production or brand asks for a matching profile. We contact you before confirming any work.
• Janet's Casting Hub does not charge artists any fee, commission or deposit for a role, an audition or a shoot. The only amount an artist pays us is the one-time registration fee shown on the registration page. Please report anyone who asks you for other payment in our name.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must register on your behalf or give consent, and will be the contact for all work.
• You must not upload photos or links that belong to someone else or that are unlawful.
• We may refuse or remove a registration that is false, duplicate or misuses the site. In that case the refund policy below applies.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.

Privacy policy

What we collect. Your name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, email, city and address, height, weight, languages, skills, past work, social and portfolio links, and your photo. We also keep your registration reference and payment details such as the amount, the payment ID and the payment method. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login. Payments are handled by Razorpay.

Why we collect it. To keep your profile, to shortlist you for casting, to contact you, and to keep payment and tax records.

Who sees it. Our casting team. When a production house or brand is casting, we may share your photo and the details needed for the role (such as age, height, languages and skills) with them. We do not share your phone number or email with a production without telling you first. We do not sell your data.

Where it is kept. In a secured cloud database with access limited to our team. Your photo is stored privately.

Your choices. You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by writing to janetscastinghub@gmail.com. We will act on the request within a reasonable time, except where we must keep payment records by law.

Children. A parent or guardian must give consent for any artist under 18.

Refund and cancellation policy

• The registration fee is for creating and keeping your profile for one year, and is carried forward year after year, till you get work, if we could not offer you any work. The registration fee is non-refundable. Once your registration is accepted, the fee is not refundable.
• If you were charged twice for the same registration, or the payment was taken but your registration was not created, we will refund the extra or unused amount to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of your request.
• If we reject your registration because of our own error, we will refund the fee in full.
